How to Make Money on Runescape

Are you looking for How to Make Money on Runescape? Well you have come to the right place, below I have some information which will help you make some money.

1. If you are a low level player, the best ways to make some initial cash are to start woodcutting, or mining. These two skills yield a lot of things that other higher players need in order to level up there levels. So to begin with, start out cutting logs and levelling up until you reach yews. This is where the real money is, plus they give good woodcutting exp so you are hitting two birds with one stone.

Always try and save up a stack of logs so that you have an even amount to sell, you can sell them on the Grand Exchange or you can sell them through private trade, it's up to you. When you have acquired 1000 yew logs you should take them to the marketplace and sell them, or you can keep them and save them up. Once you have reached level 75, you will have the opportunity to move onto magic logs, which yield more income, but take longer to cut, the decision is up to you.

I made 10M in 1 week from cutting magic logs. That is what got me started with merchanting which is what led me to become rich and own all the weapons and armour that I want, whilst also having the cash to train skills easily.

2. Higher level players, may want to train combat and slayer, as these both (when combined together) can create a lot of wealth for the player. It is possible to make 30M a week with slayer, if you train it constantly and also depending on the tasks which you are set. You should continue to train slayer until you reach a goal which you have set yourself. For example: If you wanted to complete 10 tasks and then see what you have banked, that is a good idea. This is because the wealth will be in a greater amount and you will have a greater sense of achievement when you acquire all of these materials and items which you can sell. If you spend your time selling individual items all of the time, you will waste a lot of time doing this which you could be spending doing some more tasks and earning some more cash.

3. Ok, so now to really answer the question of How to Make Money on Runescape. Once you have built up a certain amount of money, you can start to buy up things on the Grand Exchange, and then sell them on the next day which will make you profit. The best way to do this, is to look on the Grand Exchange database which will give you the information for the day of how prices are changing and what they are doing. Follow these prices on these items, by looking at the changes in value over the past 7 days, if it is up and looking good, then go and buy some of them. The chances are, that you will make some money by tomorrow. If you keep doing this for a month, whilst you are doing other things in Runescape, you will find you will have made a lot of money. In fact, if you buy enough things and keep reinvesting your money into new items all of the time, then it is possible you will have made millions, possibly 10's of millions by the end of the month.

This is a short taster guide which will help you and does tell you what to do, but if you want to find out exactly what items to merchant and what to do when it comes to merchanting, I recommend that you check out Rich Noobs guide on how to make money on Runescape. The guide is comprehensive and contains all of the secrets and information that you will ever need in order to become one of the wealthiest players in Runescape.

How to Make Runescape Gold With Little to no Effort

This guide has been officially tested and works, I have personally made 90M in literally a few days. It covers many different ways to make cash, including the most fun and potentially profitable way, Merchenting.

It is possible to make very huge amounts of cash without very little work in Runescape without having to resort to cheating and getting your account banned, which isn't fun at all.

Runescape gold is exactly what you need to get all of those things you want so badly, that you see all of those other people have, you can have them too. Runescape gold makes the world go around.

I am going to give you some tips to get you started, some of them you may already know, some you may not. So here we go.

1. Slayer

Slayer has got to be one of the most profitable ways to make fast cash in Runescape, whilst having fun, If you enjoy killing creatures, you can rack up massive amounts of GP. I have personally made MILLIONS per day using slayer as a method of income. Due to the fluctuations in the Grand Exchange, items which were once worthless, are now some of the most sort after items in the game, in other words, people want them, and are willing to pay a lot for them.

You should also know something else about the slayer skill, it is not as daunting as it may first appear when you begin the skill. If you train it every day for an hour or 2, you can get many levels in a month, and imagine how much bank you are going to make at the same time.

2. Alternative to Slayer/ Dragon Grinding

You may have heard that the Wilderness is a dangerous place, which it is since the re-release of the wilderness where other players can now attack you. However, that is where the green dragon lives, it is one of the best places to grind on dragons for long periods of time, due to their lower level compared to the blue and black dragons etc. You should collect the hides and the bones and bank them all over and over again, try to make at least 20 - 50 trips, if not more. You will bank 10 bones and 10 hides per trip, depending on your combat level, and summoning level. After 20 trips you will have 200 dragon bones and 200 green dragon hides, on the current market value, this equates to = (6,647 x 20) = 132,940 x 2,539 x 20 = 50,780 = 183,720.

However if you solely aim to go for the bones only, you can earn much more, 6.5k per bone. If you can bank 1k bones, which does take some time, you can earn literally MILLONS. You have to be willing to put in the effort in order to achieve those kind of results however. Same goes for cutting magic logs, it takes a very long time, but after you have cut a lot of them, you see the results large scale (I do not recommend cutting magic logs to make money, unless you are a very low level).

3. Store your items

This technique goes in conjunction with (2.) because if you sell your items every time you go back to the bank, it will take you longer to make the large amounts of money you wish to make, this is because of the time it will take you to go to the grand exchange, sell the items, and then go back to the grinding spot. Make sure you are banking your items, try to forget about them totally, and keep a small schedule, such as don't look to see how many you have until you have been doing it for x amount of hours, that way, there is an insentive to continue due to the amount you will have stockpiled when you look at it. You can always set yourself goals to help you too, such as: "I want to try and beat my large kill count of green dragons from yesterday!". This way you will start seeing results faster and keep going back for more. True dedication is what you need.

If you are completing slayer tasks or other skills of which you are yielding an item every time you complete something, whether it be killing a monster and getting a drop or, fishing for some fish. If you store your items and build them up, even over a period of a few days to a week, you can end up with a lot of items to sell all at once which yields larger profits and in the shortest time period too!

4. Merchenting/ Selling your items

If you want some serious runescape gold, then this is exactly what you want to do.

After you have collected your items over a week period, it is now time to sell them, I recommend that you sell your items on a Friday evening/ Saturday, this is because the most people/players are online at this time and are looking for these items to buy. You can easily sell all of your items which you have collected and sell them for the highest prices, this is due to the increased demand on a weekend. Demand falls during the week.

Be sure to keep your eye on the Grand Exchange, this can make you some massive money, look for items which are positive in price and are increasing day to day. Look at the grpahs for the past 30 days and determine the chances of an increase over the following 30 days, if you can afford to buy in quantities, and you are patient, you can keep these items for as long as you want and then sell them in a bundle for a heap of cash which you can reinvest.
